London Summer Mini Sessions

FAQ

London Summer Mini Sessions are designed for immediate families of up to 5 people. If you’d like to include grandparents or extended family, you’re welcome to book two back-to-back sessions.

Please don’t worry about that — honestly, almost every parent says this before their session. Mini sessions are designed to feel relaxed and playful, with plenty of games, movement, cuddles, and little moments in between. There’s no pressure for children to sit perfectly and smile at the camera. The best photos usually happen when they’re simply being themselves.

Not at all. I’ll gently guide you throughout the session so nothing feels stiff or awkward. Most of the time, the best images come from simply interacting naturally together.

Most families tell me this — and then leave saying how easy the session felt. I’ll gently guide you throughout, but the focus is always on connection rather than stiff posing.

London Summer Mini Sessions take place outdoors in beautiful summer locations around South East London including Beckenham Place Park. Exact location details will be sent after booking.

London Summer Mini Sessions last around 30 minutes — long enough to capture plenty of beautiful images, but short enough to keep little ones happy and engaged.

Once you’re booked, I’ll send over a simple styling guide to help you choose outfits that photograph beautifully. You’ll also have access to my client wardrobe if you’d like to borrow something.

Absolutely — well-behaved dogs are very welcome.

Your edited gallery will be ready within 4-6 weeks of your session. You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view your images and choose your favourites.

If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll simply reschedule your session to another mutually convenient date. If rescheduling isn’t possible, your booking can also be transferred to a future seasonal mini session.

As mini sessions are very limited, bookings are non-refundable. If something unexpected comes up, please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll always do my best to help where I can.

London Summer mini sessions are perfect for families who want relaxed, natural photos without committing to a full session. They work especially well for young children, yearly family updates, maternity, sibling photos, or simply capturing this season of family life as it is right now.
